Pink Crusaders New Zealand Tour

Pink Crusaders Dragon Boat Team began in 2014 as a team of breast cancer survivors (BCS) and has grown to a team of breast cancer survivors and our wonderful supporters. We practice on Lake Ontario, in Toronto, Ontario and stay connected all year long. We are looking forward to travelling to New Zealand to race in the 2023 IBCPC Participatory Dragon Boat Festival. Our team is composed of Pink Crusaders BCS members under the direction of our coach Ann Forbes Arndt. We will be joined by guest paddlers from EIGHT other BCS teams across Canada and the United States, including Derby City Dragons, Dragons Abreast, Hope Chest, Hope Floats, Island Breast Strokers, Kentucky Thorough-Breasts, Paddles with a Purpose, and Wave Warriors. We will be a true composite team in the spirit of a participatory festival envisioned by Dr. Don McKenzie and many others. Pink Crusaders thank our guest paddlers for making this possible.
